It's 3AM as I begin to write this. I was cold and got up to turn on the heater, and then decided to do some laundry since I have 2 free hands and one thing led to another and next thing you know, I am uploading photos from my camera onto the computer as Daniel and Sonora lay snug in their bed/bassinet.
I have been so busy trying to catch up with Christmas. SO much is going on, and yet, I feel like I am in the time warp. One thing that reminded me I am still moving forward with the rest of the world is when I went to snap a onesie on my baby girl and it didn't fit. First thing I thought was, "wow ... is the dryer shrinking her clothes?" And then Daniel pointed out the harsh reality that Sonora is GROWING! A couple weeks ago, we measured her and she has already grown 4 inches! Right now as I type, it is December 16th ... she is 2 months old today! I can't even believe it! She is smiling and cooing and such an absolute doll! She brings joy to everyone who gets to hold her ;-)
She barely ever cries ... only recently has she discovered that she has the ability to scream when she is hungry. She goes from content to crazy in less than 30 seconds now. I think it's funny, but other people may not want to be around us when she gets steamed up and ready to blow. I actually had a camera near me the first time she frowned:
We have been pretty busy going to concerts, and parties and dinners and all kinds of fun holiday events. Tonight, we went to Naples to visit the Madrigals and walked around the canals and ran into Santa and (a very hot-looking) Mrs Claus. Sonora slept through it in her toasty outfit ... here's the picture we took: 
Anyway, I am so tired ... I am going back to bed. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and share some recent pictures of our little miracle baby!
